How I beat the Gout

Dear Reader,

Do You suffer from Gout?

Are You having trouble to find cure?

Personally, I have Gout for about 10 Years and the intent of this article is to share the Remedy that WORKS for me.

About Gout

Those who know what Gout is may skip to the next paragraph or compare the notes. If You are experiencing or have experienced sudden and intense pain attack in a joint, most commonly the big toe, most likely You have Gout. Gouty joints show the most visibly red signs of inflammation and cause a burning, stinging pain. Gout is related to hyperuricemia - excess uric acid in the body. In severe cases, repeated attacks occurring over a long period may cause damage to the joints and loss of mobility. Typically, the uric acid in the body dissolves on its own and passes through the kidney during urination. Gout is a signal that the body does not properly regulate uric acid either producing too much or not excreting enough. When this happens, a variety of medical problems can arise such as gout, kidney stones or even kidney failure.

My Gout Treatment

My journey to the right Remedy was long and painful and included traditional medicine that does not work and triggers goose bumps when reading side effects. I went through many web published advises and natural herbs that help in a longer term (week and longer) however are not capable to provide immediate relieve. That was untill I’ve downloaded Gout Remedy Report. No traditional drugs, no expensive formulas just revised grocery list and simple remedy moto intrigued me and reading more I have decided to purchase this report although I was doubting if this is a regular spam… that was the best money spent on Gout ever! Shortly I have created my grocery list and finally I have beat my gout!

Based on my experience, You must take Dietary alterations seriously. I subscribe under “You Are What You Eat” saying. However I do go off diet once in while and Yes, by now I can even manage one or few beers and steak too! Here is quick view on my diet, while I encourage You to compile your own list from the Gout Remedy Report :

- Avoid: beer, red wine, steak (these are most common triggers that elevate uric acid and hence cause a gout attack)

- Consume: lots of water (about 2 liters a day), black cherries and other to decrease/control uric acid level

- After dietary breach: I take remedy twice daily for two to five days. As You can guess, the bigger guilt requires the longer aka up to five days treatment (I keep taking it although there no pain or visual impact).

Monitoring Uric Acid

It is also vital to understand that with too much or too little uric acid neurological issues could occur and hence monitoring uric acid levels is essential to tune your diet effectiveness. This is similar to diabetics maintaining healthy level of sugar. Your doctor will tell You that maintaining uric acid level between 2.16 mg/dL (120µmols/L) and 6mg/dL (333µmols/L) will ensure Your long healthy life. In addition to getting Your test at doctors office, You can use a uric acid monitor at home. The monitor comes as a package with test strips and a mini lancing device to take a sample drop of blood. Each test requires a new test strip, which slides into the testing monitor, to display your uric acid level. The unit can be changed to switch between traditional mg/dL units or the SI µmol/L units. The test strips rely on a single drop of blood large enough to fill the test area and I had to practice to become consistent. Remember, uric acid levels do fluctuate from day to day, and throughout the day, and fluctuations are expected – even in "official tests" organized by your doctor. Personally, I use UASure Gout - Blood Uric Acid Kit and find the device accurate (compared to lab tests) and very easy to use.

Good Luck in beating Gout!

Sincerely,

Yuri
